Kenzo Overbeeke started making these lamps as a creative outlet while working on the production department in the film industry. Growing up in a photo studio and working with light, cameras and optics for photography and film, this was an interesting art to explore and master light on another level.
Coastellite Llights are made from objects found in daily life. The objects are selected for their unique features to work their magic with light and are lit with the perfect fitting light source. The Llights shine a surprising light on the simple things we take for granted daily, making it contemporary light art.
